Vehicle Changes

As with any business Rapid Rentals always look to change and update its fleet based on many factors including purchase prices, residual values, running costs, reliability and vehicle condition ie. damage. Typically we are now keeping our cars on average less than 12 months on fleet this works well for customers who have longer term rentals as there is no inconvenience for tyre changes or servicing we simply change the car. Important

Any bookings made through Rapid Rentals Vehicle Rental are based on the acceptance by the hirer of our full terms and conditions.

A non-refundable rental pre-payment of £25 will be taken at the time of booking.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Both parts of your driving licence, if not we can carry out a DVLA check for an extra cost of £5.

2. Your licence must be held for at least 12 months.

3. Two forms of ID such as a utility bill or passport.

4. A reasonably clean licence is sufficient, minor convictions are acceptable.

5. A deposit of £100 at the time of hiring the vehicle. This will be refunded when the vehicle is returned without damage and/or with the same fuel.

6. Drivers must be at least:
21 years of age for small cars, car derived vans and SWB transits.
23 years of age for medium/large cars people carriers and all vans up to 3500kg.
25 years of age for minibuses & premium vehicles.

7. Our rentals include fully comprehensive insurance with a standard £500 Excess which can be reduced at additional cost if required.

8. Please note bookings can only be received and processed during branch opening hours.
